Full-Time Employee Shuttle CDL Agent (Nightshift)

Job Summary: As a Bus Operator, you will play a vital role in safely transporting employee shuttle passengers to designated airport locations while ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulations. Job Duties: Ensure safe working conditions and adherence to all applicable safety policies and laws. Conduct Pre & Post DVIR safety checks on your assigned bus. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance. Communicate effectively using CB radios, keeping informed on route information. Transport buses for scheduled maintenance when necessary. Assist with luggage if required (up to 13 pounds). Collaborate with clients for smooth passenger/crew movement. Qualifications: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years old. Possess a valid Driving License and TN CDL A or B with a P endorsement. Capable of obtaining necessary airport/state/customs credentials. Preferred Qualifications: One year of relevant experience in the bussing/shuttle industry. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform various physical activities including walking, standing, and bending. Working Conditions: Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime in various weather conditions.
