In the role of Merchandising Specialist, you will perform in-store merchandising to ensure that retailers meet the needs of their shoppers. Key responsibilities include building product displays and end caps, resetting shelves and managing product rotations, and tracking inventory to maximize sales for stores and suppliers. About You:
You are comfortable engaging with customers and management in a warm, enthusiastic manner
You are at least 18 years of age
You can perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
You possess reliable transportation to and from work locations
You show outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
You are eager to travel locally and regionally, including overnight hotel stays
You are a proactive self-starter with a strong focus on results
