Position Overview:
As Branch Distribution Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our Kent, WA distribution branch, ensuring the seamless flow of marine, RV, and power sports products across the U.S., Canada, and beyond. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, team leadership, and customer satisfaction through efficient warehouse management.
We’re looking for a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment and can seamlessly manage multiple priorities. As Branch Distribution Manager, you’ll oversee daily warehouse operations from supervising staff and coordinating receiving, storage, and distribution, to ensuring safety, sanitation, and inventory accuracy.

Essential Functions:
Coordinate the scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing to receive and distribute products/materials at the facility in a productive and cost-efficient manner
Exercise the usual authority of a supervisor in relation to hiring, training, performance appraisals, merit increases, promotions, career development, and terminations.
Ensure that orders are received and distributed in a timely manner to maximize customer service, and establish procedures to ensure adequate levels of supplies
Ensure that incoming and outgoing orders are verified against appropriate documents
Prepare and generate warehouse productivity reports for management; Assist management in establishing budgets as required, and adhere to budget requirements
Develop, implement and maintain purchasing systems for warehouse operations
Maintain and administer a proper stock locations system at the facility
Ensure proper maintenance of the facilities, the equipment, and supplies. Recommend equipment requirements and replacements to management to upgrade and maintain warehouse productivity and efficiency
Maintain warehouse safety programs to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees and within the regulations of all OSHA, local and state law
Support and participate in the organization's Continuous Improvement Program
Leverage data analytics to make strategic and tactical business decisions.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2-4 years in warehouse management, having progressively assumed responsible experience in directing all aspects of warehouse operation
Good working knowledge of warehouse operations including local delivery and hazmat compliance
BA/BS degree preferred (Engineering/Logistics/Management)
Experience with forklifts
Strong computer P/C skills and software knowledge
Lean Six Sigma Certification Preferred
The anticipated starting pay range for this position is
$74,600 to $107,000.
The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
