Maintenance Technician I
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community. The Maintenance Technician I will: Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program Maintain company safety standards We're looking for you if: Interested in the above You're punctual, dependable and a self-starter You have experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance You're a team player Some things we can't live without are: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call as required High school diploma or equivalent
