Job Description: Seeking a Sr Snowflake Informatica Cloud Architect / Engineer who will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and reliable solutions using Snowflake and Informatica Cloud. Additionally, they will be expected to: Responsibilities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery. Perform end-to-end implementation of Snowflake cloud data migration from on-premises to Informatica, preferably from RDBMS like SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, etc. Perform data security and data access controls and design RBAC policies, dynamic masking, secured views, etc. Provide resolution to a wide range of complex data pipeline problems, proactively helping the team and taking ownership for close collaboration. Lead architectural discussions, mentor junior team members, and stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices. Requirements
Must have 12+ years of IT experience. Must have 10+ years of IT experience in the US working for US companies. Must have 3 years of recent experience in a banking or brokerage environment (within last 6 years). Must have a recent Snowflake Certified Architect Certification. Must have a SnowPro Core Certified Certification. Must have 8+ years of experience with Snowflake and Informatica. Expertise with Snowflake data modelling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, stored procedures, Snowpark. Should have recent hands-on experience in AWS Glue/PySpark Data Frame/ DataStage/ Matillion/ Informatica and AWS storage and management technologies such as S3. Should have 4+ years of Snowflake advanced concepts like resource monitors, virtual warehouse sizing, query performance tuning, zero copy clone, time travel, Streams and Tasks. Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities, Copy Command from S3, SnowSQL, SnowPipe. Proficient in complex SQL, Unix shell scripting, performance tuning and troubleshooting. Benefits
