Alcon is hiring: Production Technician - Night Shift in Johns Creek

Responsibilities:

1. Select and load raw materials, operate manufacturing lines, perform lot changes, and conduct cleaning as per schedules, coordinating machinery downtime.
2. Troubleshoot equipment faults and enter product and raw materials data into MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
3. Perform minor equipment repairs, adjustments, and maintenance, including 5S duties.
4. Implement corrective actions as needed or required.
5. Optimize process efficiency and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Work collaboratively in teams to identify problems and implement solutions.
7. Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment guidelines, reporting unsafe conditions or incidents.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate fluently in English.
• Work hours: 11.5-hour shifts on a rotating 2-week cycle (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off).
• Travel Requirements: None.
