eCommerce Coordinator (Music Industry) Duration: 4 months Pay: $24.00/hr Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Coordinator to join our eCommerce & Artist Services team. Reporting into Famehouse and embedded in Interscope’s Santa Monica office, this role will support global eCommerce initiatives across Interscope’s artist roster. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless D2C experiences for artists and their fans. Key Responsibilities
Support the Interscope D2C team in launching new music and merchandise campaigns, managing SKUs, product titles, descriptions, and imagery. Coordinate with Store Management, Inventory, Logistics, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure timely product and store launches. Perform QA checks on live web stores to confirm accurate functionality, marketing copy, and merchandising. Proactively monitor and manage music and merchandise inventory levels, communicating replenishment needs to stakeholders. Compile sales and inventory reports for internal and external stakeholders. Submit comp requests for artist management, sweepstakes, influencers, and stakeholders. Share domestic and international store links with Digital Marketing leads for Linkfires. Assist in preparing eCommerce presentations, keynotes, and reports as needed. Provide administrative support including scheduling, expense reports, and occasional travel booking. Required Skills & Experience
1–2+ years of internship or full-time work experience in the music industry is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Docs is required. Experience with Monday.com and Shopify preferred; Photoshop a plus. Strong interest in learning more about eCommerce Operations and Marketing is required. Education
