About the Role: The Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring all subcontractor, vendor, and company releases, as well as preliminary notices, are accurately collected, maintained, and submitted in a timely manner. This role is critical to maintaining compliance with contractual requirements and preventing payment delays on construction projects. The Compliance Administrator serves as a central point of contact for all release and notice documentation, working closely with project managers, accounting, subcontractors, vendors, and general contractors. Essential Functions Collect, review, and maintain subcontractor and vendor lien releases (conditional and unconditional) for all progress and final payments. Collect and submit the companys own releases to project owners or general contractors per contract requirements. Track, collect, and submit preliminary notices for subcontractors, vendors, and CSI, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and contract terms. Maintain an organized system (physical and/or digital) for all releases, preliminary notices, and related compliance documentation. Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up to ensure timely collection and submission of all required documents. Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve missing, incomplete, or incorrect documentation. Coordinate with accounting and project management teams to align payment processing with release submission requirements. Ensure all compliance documentation is readily available for audits, project closeout, or dispute resolution. Stay informed on relevant lien, release, and preliminary notice regulations. Qualifications 2 years of administrative and/or accounting experience Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative. Strong analytical and reasoning skills for problem-solving and decision-making. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and maintain accountability for results. Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively. High attention to detail with strong follow-up and tracking capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to evolving job requirements and project conditions. Collaborative team player with leadership qualities and the ability to guide others when needed. Positive, professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation. Physical Demands May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time. Work Environment Works in a climate-controlled environment. Frequently works in areas with large industrial equipment subject to high noise levels. May occasionally work in areas with hazardous chemicals. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate $27.50-$33.75 / hour (Non-Exempt) Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate. ?????????????????
