The Estimator will be responsible for providing full estimating and proposal preparation for all types of construction, primarily for water and wastewater treatment facilities. Estimates will cover all types of contracts and include scopes such as earthwork, site preparation, structural concrete, and mechanical disciplines.

Degree in Engineering, Construction Estimating or related fields are preferred, but will substitute degree for solid experience. 7 + years experience in cost estimating and cost control in civil, earthwork, grading, structural concrete, or mechanical. Ability to prepare complex proposals with minimal supervision. Knowledge of water treatment facilities estimation. Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and estimating software and database programs. Knowledge of HCSS Heavy Bid estimating is preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
