Represent clients in complex first-party insurance coverage matters Draft and review legal documents including coverage opinions and pleadings Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality written analyses Participate in strategy development and client communications Handle discovery, depositions, and court appearances Collaborate with partners and team members on high-stakes insurance litigation Requirements
48 years of experience specifically in first-party insurance coverage Demonstrated ability to manage insurance-related litigation matters independently Strong work ethic with a client-focused mindset Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school Certifications
Active license to practice law in the state of Texas (required) Skills
