Overview

Assistant Parking Operations Manager to manage Ambassador operations. Develop, recommend, and implement programs, systems, and procedures to ensure that operations are efficient and profitable and that they maintain the company’s reputation for servicing clients and customers with professionalism such that we are setting the standard of excellence in parking and transportation management. Available shift: (Weds: 12pm - 9pm, Thurs: 12pm - 9pm, Fri: 12pm - 9pm, Sat: 10am - 7pm, Sun: 10am - 7pm)

Shift: (Weds: 12pm - 9pm, Thurs: 12pm - 9pm, Fri: 12pm - 9pm, Sat: 10am - 7pm, Sun: 10am - 7pm)

Compensation:

$35per hour (US Dollars)

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

Train and develop effective frontline field team members and supervisors

Ensure proper staffing and initiate strategic placement of employees to maximize efficient operation

Implement company policies and procedures fairly and consistently

Ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees

Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints with professionalism

Ensure the timely completion of required paperwork from each location and that all audit controls are in place

Special projects assigned by the Project Manager and job duties may be modified at any time
