Purpose The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) plays a critical role as a Scientific and Clinical Expert, providing healthcare professionals (SEs/CEs) with in-depth scientific and clinical knowledge. This field-based position supports scientific exchange and enhances our strategic approach to research, development, and commercialization, primarily engaging with SEs and CEs. Responsibilities Scientific & Clinical Knowledge:

Deliver evidence-based scientific insights to leading researchers and practitioners, ensuring they have access to the latest research and standard of care for specific therapeutic areas. Full Spectrum SE/CE Support:

Act as a primary liaison between Lilly Medical and SEs/CEs, enhancing their experience and supporting improved patient outcomes through evidence sharing and collaborative research opportunities. Field Execution and Productivity:

Analyze data and implement a strategic territory plan, balancing face-to-face and virtual engagements to meet performance expectations and enhance customer experience. Strategic Vision and Leadership:

Synthesize and communicate actionable insights to internal teams, using good judgment and collaboration across functions to adapt to changing business needs. Minimum Qualifications Advanced degree in health sciences (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD) with 2-3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic experience, or a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in health sciences (e.g., BSN, RPh, PA, NP) with 5+ years of clinical, research, or industry experience. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Valid U.S. driver's license and acceptable driving record. Preferred Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities alongside advanced presentation and digital skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in the field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong teamwork and relationship-building capabilities. Experience with digital tools for virtual engagement and a background in cardiometabolic health strongly preferred. Location Requirements:

The preferred locations are near major transport hubs. This is a field-based position requiring travel up to 80%, including some weekend commitments.
