Hydraulic Repair Specialist
Pay:
$34-40/hr.
Shift:
Days and/or Nights, depending on business demands and the job site
Description:
We are seeking an experienced
Hydraulic Field Service Technician
for an Industrial Service shop located in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with all aspects of hydraulic repairs, troubleshooting, installations, preventive maintenance, and field service. A prospective candidate must be open to local travel, overnight travel, and working overnights when business demands.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Hydraulics for Marine and Industrial applications
Highly experienced with all aspects of hydraulics component repairs and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Certifications with the Fluid Power Society (Pay incentives offered)
Read and expertly understand Hydraulic Schematics
Job Duties:
Field service trucks dispatched to industrial, commercial, and marine sites to repair and troubleshoot Fluid Power Systems and components
Must be able to work in industrial environments with little or no supervision under the customer's rules and effective OSHA guidelines.
Willing to attain Fluid Power Certification (Pay incentives offered)
Assemble and test components to OEM specifications
Hydraulic & Pneumatic troubleshooting on systems and components.
Evaluate cause of failure, recommend changes/upgrades
Replace components then start up systems
Perform HPU flushes and maintenance
Reading hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics
