As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is required. Advanced proficiency in .Net Full Stack development is expected. Development is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Angular, React.js, and Microsoft SQL Server is suggested. Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing among team members. Implement best practices in application design and development to enhance performance and user experience. Mentor junior team members to help them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the project. Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve application functionality and efficiency. Lead project meetings to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET, Core/API, and SharePoint (OnPremise 2016 and SharePoint Online). Customize SharePoint using SharePoint Designer, scripts, SPFX framework, extensions, and build tools. Utilize Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft GraphAPI, and Copilot for application development. Develop front-end applications using Angular and React. Work with SQL databases and use TypeScript, CSS, HTML for web development. Create and manage Power Platform Apps, including Canvas, Model-Driven, and xrmtoolbox. Automate workflows using Power Automate/Flow and connectors. Manage Tidal Jobs and Power Platform Apps tools and administration. Design and manage all deployments. Use PnP Framework, PowerShell, and JSOM for SharePoint development. Integrate applications with other enterprise systems such as Workday, SNOW, SAP, Archer, etc. Perform SharePoint content migration using Sharegate Migration Tool. Develop modern UI/UX themes. Utilize Azure services, including App Services, API, functions, and webjobs. Develop SharePoint OOTB and custom applications. Automate workflows using Power Automate and Logic Apps. Develop modern business applications using Power Platform. Integrate with third-party tools. Provide application support and maintenance, including change management and release management.
