Addison Group is seeking a Hospitality Recruiter on behalf of our client, a growing company in the hospitality industry. Job Description:
The Hospitality Recruiter will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and onboarding top talent to support workforce needs. This individual will manage full-cycle recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process. Key Responsibilities:
Actively source talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Develop pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles. Partner with hiring leaders to align recruitment efforts with business needs. Participate in job fairs, campus hiring events, and community outreach initiatives. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate candidate interviews. Guide hiring managers through interview and selection processes. Ensure consistent communication with candidates, providing a positive experience. Draft and post engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms. Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and track recruitment metrics. Report on hiring trends, sourcing effectiveness, and time-to-fill goals. Support onboarding activities, including scheduling, documentation, and orientation prep. Welcome new hires and ensure smooth hand-off to HR and department teams. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in hospitality or food & beverage. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, compliance, and labor regulations. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with recruiting platforms, HRIS tools (Paylocity experience a plus). Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle sensitive information. Must be able to work onsite and collaborate in a team environment. Perks:
