Role: Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate) at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. This part-time position focuses on delivering an engaging in-store experience and representing the AEO brand.
Overview As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who visits the store with an amazing shopping experience and leave them feeling great about their day. You are the face of our company, excited about the products, and passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.
Responsibilities
Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and make thoughtful product recommendations to fit their needs.
Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Enjoy interacting with people.
Energetic, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
Love AE and Aerie products.
Experience in retail is a plus; practice makes perfect.
Minimum age of 16.
