F135 Fleet Support & Services (FS&S) Business Manager/L3

onsite at Pratt & Whitney. In a dual capacity, this role leads the management of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for all associated labor accounts for the FS&S Team. Level 3 Control Account Manager (CAM) duties include EVMS and IMS requirements for FS&S areas of responsibility and assigned control accounts. Your leadership will drive project management initiatives and execution of critical field services across the F135 Sustainment network, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget. The role also supports the data integrity improvement plan to resolve process deficiencies and improve product and process quality. Responsibilities

Manage FS&S Level 3 control accounts in accordance with the Pratt & Whitney EVMS monthly business rhythm Execute control account management function, including but not limited to, calculating Estimates To Complete (ETCs), creating Budget Change Requests (BCR), identifying risks and opportunities, CPAR Management, CDRL schedule and delivery, and reporting cost and schedule variances for FS&S activities. Support program reviews including but not limited to; EAC reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), IMS reviews, and Risk Reviews for FS&S activities. Collaborate with F135 Program Management team to develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for Sustainment contract proposals associated with FS&S requirements, and support contract negotiations as required as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Facilitate and Chair monthly Fleet Support & Services Financial reviews to help create an extensive view of how the team is trending across multiple Government contracts/CLINS, Overhead spending, and Capital expenditure projects and develop mitigation strategies and recommendations for leadership action. Manage travel budget and planning for FS&S team as well as assisting with the Long-Range and Manpower Planning processes for FS&S Qualifications

Bachelors Degree with 10+ years of experience in Program Management or Accounting/Finance; OR an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience in Program Management or Accounting/Finance Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with financial analysis and work within a financial organization. Proficiency in EVMS reporting and tracking Proficiency with SAP, Business Warehouse, Dassian, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), OneStream, ODM, and Microsoft Office Products. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
