Hvac/R Technician
The Inns of Aurora Resort and Spa is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Technician who will work throughout our world-class resort. The ideal candidate will have a passion for their work, and a commitment to keeping equipment running to support our team in ensuring the best possible experience for our guests. Under the direction of the Buildings and Grounds Manager, the Facilities HVAC/R Technician is responsible for the care and maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, and other equipment throughout the Inns of Aurora properties. Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks: Maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and other building systems and conduct repairs when necessary. Equipment includes boilers, water tower, air handlers, VAV units, fan coil units, air cooled chillers, geothermal systems, water-water heat pumps, water-air heat pumps, water/glycol circulation pumps, kitchen refrigeration equipment. Develop and plan preventative maintenance procedures in the eWorkOrders system. Evaluate and execute work assignments through proper use of tools, and equipment. Verify that equipment is in safe and proper operating condition. Work directly with suppliers and contractors to support procurement of materials and services necessary to support operations and maintenance activities. Perform or assist additional maintenance tasks as required (plumbing, construction, painting, grounds). Perform other duties, as assigned.
