Senior Test Software Engineer

We are thought leaders in the application of seeker, guidance, and control technologies for precision munitions, and we have a place for you as a Senior Test Software Engineer at our Nashua, New Hampshire facility. We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to help us create the world's most advanced solutions in precision guided munitions and missiles. We develop and incorporate algorithms along with real-time state machines to help our customers achieve their mission. Our software implementations transform GPS, radar, and infrared signals to enable weapons to precisely find their target and keep our warfighters safe as they execute their missions. This role will be responsible for integrating test hardware and software during development and support for production test equipment. As a Senior Software Engineer for PGSS, responsibilities of the job will include but not be limited to: Develop software for product test applications Focus on continuous improvement opportunities for the test processes Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred) or Electrical Engineering with 4 years of applicable experience Experience with large software programs using C++ and MFC (10,000 Lines of code or more) Ability to Troubleshoot System Software/Hardware Problems Secret Security Clearance (active within the last two years) Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills: Effective communication and teamwork skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail Experience in US defense industry manufacturing operations is highly desirable for this position Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680. Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
