Maintenance Technician
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining, repairing, and upgrading machinery and control systems. This position ensures the safe and efficient operation of production equipment, requiring expertise in mechanical and electrical systems. Responsibilities
Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, install, and upgrade machinery and control systems. Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures. Read, edit, and create PLC ladder logic. Maintain production equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems. Follow preventative maintenance schedules and perform PMs on machinery. Work with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Perform MIG and stick welding, burning, and cutting for machinery repairs. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues. Adhere to all safety procedures consistently. Essential Skills
Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or 3 years of experience with technical schooling. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, with a preference for electrical expertise. Experience with 480V, AC/DC, 110V, 220V systems. Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics. Ownership of personal tools. Basic welding skills, preferably MIG or stick. PLC troubleshooting experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience repairing cranes. Experience working on conveyors, stamping presses, reduction mills, slitters, and presses. PLC programming skills. Why Work Here?
