is seeking an experienced
Driver Recruiter
to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in recruiting and retaining both
Owner Operators
and
Company Drivers
across our Chicago and California terminals. Were looking for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and an excellent communicatorable to build relationships, manage applicant pipelines, and drive hiring success in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom application to onboarding Screen, pre-qualify, and run reports to ensure candidates meet DOT requirements Maintain recruiting goals and respond to changing staffing needs Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified drivers using multiple platforms Collaborate with operations staff to ensure hiring aligns with terminal needs Requirements: 3+ years of driver recruiting experience
(transportation or logistics preferred) Knowledge of
DOT and FMCSR
regulations Experience with
TenStreet
is highly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet tools, and social media recruiting Why Join The Custom Companies? ??
