Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a database of subcontractors tracking their expertise, geographic reach, qualification status, and other relevant details. Administer and coordinate the prioritization of the subcontractor prequalification program. Work closely with the Project/Business Development team to forecast new market opportunities, develop cost projections, and strategies to support EPC activities. Prepare RFPs for potential subcontractors, receive proposals, and conduct price analysis/bid tabulations. Facilitate commercial negotiations by establishing Master Services Agreements with key partners and engaging in discussions with potential service providers. Develop pricing tools and databases to support the estimating team in budget compilation for business development activities. Develop and implement streamlined processes for issuing subcontracts. Coordinate sourcing activities with Project Management and Construction teams to identify Scope of Work templates, minimizing change order risks with subcontractors. Create metrics to evaluate subcontractor performance and assess market conditions. Conduct periodic reviews of current subcontractors and service providers based on performance metrics and market analysis. Attend solar events, visit project sites, or subcontractor locations to assess capabilities, validate qualifications, and build relationships. Collaborate with Procurement Planning and Subcontracts Management teams to ensure timely project execution. Support and mentor Subcontract Management staff in the assembly and issuance of subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and other contractual documents. Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, economics, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 8-10+ years in Sourcing, Subcontracting, or Supply Chain Management roles. 5+ years in EPC or construction contracting preferred. Experience in Renewable Energy, Power Plants, and EPC projects is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong understanding of financials, negotiation, and problem-solving. Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

Work is performed in an office and field environment. Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 20 pounds. Occasional travel to project sites, trade shows, and vendor locations is required. Additional Information:
