WHAT IS THE ROLE OF SUPPLY CHAIN AT GENERAL MILLS? General Mills' Supply Chain is one of the most respected in the industry today. Our Supply Chain makes the food the world loves by buying ingredients, designing capabilities and equipment, creating and packaging food, and distributing our products. WHAT WILL I DO? As a Supply Chain Logistics Associate (SCLA), you will gain functional, broadening, and leadership experiences at a manufacturing location to prepare for higher responsibility roles within our Planning, Logistics Operations, and Customer Fulfillment (PLCF) organization at our Minneapolis headquarters or other manufacturing sites nationwide. Your impact will include: Managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods across the supply chain for efficiency and cost-effectiveness Planning production schedules to meet business needs and key events while maximizing efficiency Managing teams in manufacturing and warehouse operations Leading complex projects using General Mills project management standards WHERE WILL I WORK? You will be assigned to a manufacturing plant location across the country. IS THIS YOU? Minimum Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations Management Graduating in Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 Preferred Qualifications: Strong academic record Excellent interpersonal skills, high learning agility, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills Understanding of supply chain principles and experience with process improvement initiatives HUNGRY FOR WHAT'S NEXT? Start date in Summer 2026 Relocation assistance available if eligible The base salary for this position is $72,000.
