Handle incoming calls, online and in-person traffic; coordinate and lead property tours; lease apartments; prepare leasing files for approval and renewals. Develop leasing marketing strategies; participate in outreach marketing, resident events, and leasing file audits. Greet all residents and prospective residents; stay informed on the surrounding market, amenities, and floor plans; schedule apartment tours; guide prospects through the leasing path; view model units and onsite amenities. Perform market surveys and relay results to the Community Manager. Invite prospects to complete and sign lease documents; collect qualifying information and follow leasing protocol to prepare lease files for review and audit. Qualifications
Full-time position, up to 40 hours per week; some Saturday shifts required. Eligible for employer-provided benefits as well as added income via quarterly bonuses (up to 5% of the annual salary) and commissions on new leases. Experience in direct residential leasing, preferably within the Chicagoland residential high-rise market.
