Overview

CRM Consultant with 12+ years of CRM experience, including at least 4 D365 CRM implementations as a functional consultant. Responsible for driving business discussions, workshops, and CRM functional design across sales, service, marketing, field service, and PSA. Responsibilities

Lead business discussions/workshops and develop CRM functional design documents (FDD) and high-level design documents. Create business requirements, user stories, and functional design for Dynamics 365 components. Demonstrate expertise in Power Platform capabilities and possibilities. Maintain understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, including online and on-premise versions, upgrades/migrations, integrations with Office products, multilingual and multi-currency functionality, mobile/handheld clients, Outlook and Outlook app capabilities, and offline capabilities. Coordinate with diverse teams (business SMEs, Development, QA, etc.) and train business users on rolled-out functionality. Show deep understanding of multiple industry domains and strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Establish priorities, work independently, and lead the development of the Dynamics CRM solution. Experience with QA activities in Dynamics 365 and Azure, including functional testing, UAT, and regression testing. Qualifications

12+ years of CRM experience with 4 D365 CRM implementations as a functional consultant. Experience driving business discussions/workshops and delivering CRM functional design (sales, service, marketing, field service, PSA). Proficiency in creating BRDs, user stories, functional designs, and high-level designs. Strong understanding of Power Platform capabilities. Comprehensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform, online/offline, upgrades/migrations, integrations, multilingual/multi-currency, mobile/Outlook, and offline capabilities. Experience coordinating across teams and training business users. Deep understanding of multiple industry domains. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders independently. Ability to set priorities, work independently, and lead CRM solution development. QA exposure within Dynamics 365 and Azure, including functional testing, UAT, and regression testing. Job Details
