Engineering divisions , helping to foster a culture of engagement, development, and accountability. Youll partner across teams to deliver impactful HR programs, resolve employee concerns, and support our mission to build a workplace where people thrive. What Youll Do... Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Coaching: Collaborate with business leaders as a thought partner and coach on leadership, team dynamics, and people strategy. Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. Employee Experience & Relations: Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, investigations, and policy interpretation. Champion a positive workplace culture by addressing concerns with empathy and fairness. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify hiring needs and support candidate selection. Own the onboarding experience, using data and feedback to continuously improve new hire integration. Performance & Development: Drive performance management processes including goal setting, evaluations, and development planning. Support managers with performance improvement plans and coaching for underperforming team members. Engagement & Retention: Analyze engagement survey results and exit trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Compliance & HR Operations: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and stay current on employment laws and trends. Leverage HRIS systems (ADP preferred) to manage data and support decision-making. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field 4+ years of progressive HR experience Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices Proven ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively Why Join Us?
