As an IT business analyst, youll develop leading-edge systems and processes, partnering with your team of developers and engineers leading our clients modernization efforts. Youll identify clients business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. Youll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and youll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Experience with stakeholder or client management Experience with testing and mapping various business processes and protocols TS/SCI clearance HS diploma or GED DoD IAT Level II Certification
Nice If You Have
Experience working with programmers, engineers, and client leads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies Experience with preparing reports for the client stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data Knowledge of government IT operations roles and responsibilities Ability to collaborate with team members to collect, clean, and analyze data according to the clients mission and SOPs Ability to identify the development needs for streamlining and improving the programs operations for efficiency and profitability Ability to analyze business requirements and processes and recommend improvements to the client Ability to pay strict attention to accuracy and detail Possession of excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
