As a Project Manager specializing in high-end tenant improvements (TI) and commercial construction, you will oversee project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence. You will work closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional Office and Hospitality spaces on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage high-end commercial TI projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and timelines. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor management. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards. Identify and mitigate potential project risks, delays, or challenges. Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring strong communication and teamwork. Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, specifically in high-end Office Tenant Improvement projects. Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field (preferred but not always required). Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management. Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and other construction software. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations. Preferred Experience
Experience in high-end office TI construction and interior finishes experience (Class A Office TI a plus!). Knowledge of Los Angeles commercial construction regulations and permit processes. Strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Benefits
