The Microsoft Corporate Accounting Revenue Recognition team is responsible for the reporting accuracy of billions of dollars of revenue across the world for both US GAAP and local statutory reporting. We are looking for Senior Finance Manager - Revenue Process & Innovation individual to drive innovation and AI solutions to our systems & tools focused on automating accounting for non-standard revenue transations. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom applications and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency
Drive innovation to existing systems & tools used for compliant revenue recognition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize complex workflows and integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience
Develop business requirements to enhance and innovate the contract review system & tools and design & perform user acceptance testing
This position requires the ability of effectively prioritizing tasks and operating within a degree of ambiguity in a changing environment
Ability to develop and grow in role and at Microsoft

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 3+ years accounting or finance experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 4+ years accounting or finance experience
OR equivalent experience
3+ years of program or project management experience
Accounting IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
