We are looking for an experienced

Oracle CC&B Architect

based in Portland, Oregon who can work PST timing and travel to customer locations as required. This role focuses on CC&B billing management and the Meter-to-Cash flow and requires deep product knowledge of Oracle Utilities, OUAF and MDM. You will design solutions, lead configuration and integrations, and partner with testing and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer billing experience. Oracle CC&B Architect

you will be responsible for: Leading CC&B solution design, development and configuration to meet business requirements Designing forms, workflows and portlets using Oracle Utilities frameworks and OUAF Architecting CC&B integrations with MDM, WAM, NMS and other enterprise or operational systems Capturing product configurations and producing clear configuration documents for development teams Translating functional specifications into configuration and functional design documents Supporting testing teams with functional test cases and validation criteria for billing and Meter-to-Cash processes Managing technical governance, performing design reviews and ensuring solution alignment with standards Providing subject matter expertise during deployment, cutover and post-go live stabilization Required skills and experience for Oracle CCB Architect

Minimum 6 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Utilities solutions including CC&B and related modules such as C2M and MDM Strong product knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing including C2M, MDM, MTM, MWB and MCP Hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and CC&B data model understanding Proven experience designing integrations between CC&B and enterprise systems such as MDM, WAM and NMS Solid understanding of Meter-to-Cash and billing management processes Ability to develop functional design documents and capture configuration requirements for developers Experience designing forms, workflows and portlets and ensuring functional correctness during testing Comfortable working PST timing and traveling to customer sites as required Preferred qualifications for Oracle CCB Architect

Experience with performance tuning of CC&B processes and batch jobs Prior role as a solution architect or lead in multi-module Oracle Utilities implementations Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and code promotion practices for Oracle Utilities solutions Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and technical documentation Work model and location

This position is located in

Portland, Oregon
