Assist in the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the company's infrastructure. Performing daily asset and inventory management. Create and maintain IT documentation for all assets and tickets created. Develop, support, and control scripts for internal use only in vbscript or SQL. Act as a junior IT process controller and ensure that all systems meet or exceed agreed upon SLAs and OLAs. Run regular secondary IT system monitoring. Work with peers across the entire Textron enterprise to continuously improve time to market, cost and customer satisfaction for the business. Provide technical and analytical guidance as it relates to PCs, servers, networking, and other technical systems in the business. Interface with various corporate IT groups such as the Change Advisory Board and the SAP center of excellence. Interface and develop relationships with 3rd party suppliers. Qualifications
