Prompt Engineer
Hybrid in Charlotte, NC We are seeking a talented and motivated Prompt Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing prompts, developing standard prompting procedures, and building a centralized enterprise prompt library. You will play a key role in shaping AI practices across the organization. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $65 - $75 / hr. W2. Responsibilities:
Design, test, and optimize AI prompts using Copliot. Develop and implement standard prompting procedures. Build and maintain a centralized enterprise prompt library. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. Experience Requirements:
Strong engineering mindset with proven problem-solving skills. Experience or familiarity with prompt engineering, AI, and LLMs. Prior engineering background in any discipline is highly preferred. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
