Location: Creve Coeur, MO
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
Training: Will begin on 1st shift until competent

About the Role:
We are seeking Material Handlers with a knack for carpentry or custom skid building. If you're experienced with hand tools, saws, and logistics operations, this is your chance to join a team that values precision, safety, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and size custom skids and dunnage for safe transport
Operate saws, hand tools, and banders to secure materials
Verify and stage incoming/outgoing materials for job orders
Label, document, and report materials with accuracy
Maintain and replenish inventory; conduct audits
Collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies
Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other assist tools
Perform final inspections before shipment
Must-Have Skills:
Carpentry or skid-building experience
Ability to lift 40 lbs and meet physical demands
Computer literacy and basic math skills
Experience with tape measures and hand tools
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year in shipping, construction, woodworking, or material handling
Clear handwriting and ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
HS Diploma/GED and technical education preferred
