We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Parsippany, NJ (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across various roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams Manage the offer and onboarding process Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement Qualifications
Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred Seniority level
