Toquerville, Utah . Lava Heights Academy
is a residential treatment program that provides a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for vulnerable young women referred from juvenile courts and social service agencies across the country. The youth enter the program with histories of abuse, neglect, trauma, substance abuse, mental illness, and violence. They graduate as educated young women who have overcome challenges and demonstrate making healthy choices for themselves and their futures. Pay:
$50,000 per year. Perks & Benefits:

The Site Trainer oversees all aspects of staff training at the assigned sites. Responsibilities include scheduling, overseeing, and providing opportunities for required annual and ongoing staff training to ensure compliance with licensing regulations and ROP standards. This includes New Hire Orientation, Annual Recertification, Essential Subjects, and On the Job Training. The Trainer identifies employees on correction/improvement plans and provides additional training to support their success. They also compile, log, file, and submit training documentation for monthly Key Performance Indicators. Additionally, they assist with recruiting applications, screening, and scheduling interviews. To be considered, you should: Be at least 21 years old Possess a High School Diploma; Bachelors Degree preferred Have at least 4 years experience in residential youth treatment Be familiar with ROP procedures, policies, and program implementation Hold or be able to attain instructor certifications in CPR/First Aid, Crisis Intervention, Suicide Prevention, Behavior Intervention, and Essential Subjects Meet requirements to be an ROP driver: possess a current State Drivers License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three years Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test Schedule:
