We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts as we merge tradition with innovation, AI integration, and membership program expansion. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Strategy: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service. SEO & Digital Domination: Own the company's digital presence with advanced SEO, local search optimization, SEM, and PPC campaigns. Brand Building & Legacy Marketing: Strengthen our 5-star, family-owned brand using storytelling and community-focused messaging. Membership Growth: Launch and scale campaigns to grow the customer membership program with recurring value. AI-Powered Marketing & Automation: Integrate AI and marketing automation to streamline lead nurturing, personalize campaigns, and gain real-time insights. Content & Social Media Strategy: Oversee educational content creation, including video, blogs, and social media. Team Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration: Lead the marketing team and collaborate with operations, sales, and service teams. Performance Analysis & Budget Management: Track KPIs, analyze ROI, and manage the marketing budget. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy. Strong analytics, conversion tracking, and lead funnel experience. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement; excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience in the home services industry is a plus. Preferred Skills
Familiarity with ServiceTitan, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools. Experience growing subscription or membership-based services. Knowledge of AI tools for predictive analytics, chatbots, and personalized marketing. Understanding of local market dynamics in the Florida Panhandle.
