What You'll Do Strategic Leadership: Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for CoreWeaves GPU Compute portfolio, aligning closely with broader business objectives and market opportunities. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research on GPU compute trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform product direction and positioning. Product Development: Collaborate directly with engineering teams to conceptualize, develop, and deliver cutting-edge GPU solutions optimized for AI, ML, and HPC workloads. Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary advocate for customer requirements, actively collecting and prioritizing feedback to continually refine the GPU compute offerings. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner effectively with hardware engineering, capacity planning, solutions architecture, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management. Performance Monitoring: Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate product success, track key metrics, and guide strategic product enhancements.
Who You Are
7+ years of product management experience, specializing in cloud compute infrastructure and accelerated computing. Deep knowledge of GPU architectures, and their applications in AI and HPC workloads, including an understanding of the latest advancements and market trends. Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

What We Offer
The base salary range for this role is $227,000 to $303,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
