Data Governance & Quality Senior Analyst, AVP - Jacksonville (Hybrid)

The role helps to ensure data sourced and provisioned by different areas, meets all required Data Quality standards. In this role, moderately complex and variable issues are evaluated with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information.
Responsibilities:
Establish and drive the DCRM compliance program for Services, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives policy, procedure user guides and regulatory requirements.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key execution leads and cross functional team to facilitate collaborative execution
Organize and lead working groups, ensuring effective collaboration, decision-making, and progress tracking.
Synthesize complex compliance implementation status updates with concise, accurate information to the broader Data managers, Technology Operations, and senior leadership.
Act as the primary point of contact for Services DCRM related matters, including escalations, inquiries, and coordination efforts.
Provide hands-on execution support to DCRM program and ensure alignment across Product, Operations, Technology, and Data teams to drive integrated solutions.
Identify, track, and support the resolution of risks and issues specific to DCRM program execution
Facilitate effective communication channels and advocate DCRM program needs and challenges
Qualifications: Bachelor's/University degree
5-8 years of relevant experience in Banking, Financial Services
Deep subject matter expertise around Data Governance and/or Data risk, control framework and policy development
Demonstrates consistent track record of having worked as a Program or Project Manager, or working on large, strategic cross-functional projects
Strong business analysis competency with historic success in shaping opportunities via conceptual thinking and abstract problem-solving capabilities
Communicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of differentaudiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels
Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives
Ability to gain confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity
Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, appreciation of the enterprise data vision
Experience creating and being a champion for a positive risk culture that supports sustainable business growth through transparent engagement, apartnership approach, and a no-tolerance approach for behavior that exposes the organization to an inappropriate amount of risk
Experience creating and executing against frameworks that improve the quality and value of data to meet regulatory commitments and enhance riskmanagement. Experience leveraging glossary, lineage, and data quality tools to drive governance
Optimizes work processes by balancing effective / efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Demonstrates ability to balance betweenseeing the big picture while paying close attention to detail
Organizational savvy: understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret them
Working knowledge of Data Operating Model practices, Data Governance and Data Compliance within large, financial services firms
