Job Title
Provides oversight for the New Employee Orientation Program, EMS Academy Instruction, and continuing education for certification, licensure, and renewals. Responsible for coordination of employee and management training programs. Reports To

Regional President, VP of People Development & Learning, Medical Director, Regional HR Business Partner Specific Duties
Demonstrates complete knowledge of company policies and procedures. Acts as Program Director for all initial EMS Education classes and maintains records. Responsible for organizing and leading new employee orientation program, scheduling and conducting required clinical continuing education courses, and coordinating EMS Academy program. Actively participates in recruitment, adheres to infection control policies, ensures security of company property, and develops programs to ensure staff maintain appropriate certifications and complete required continuing education. Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: All EMT requirements, currently licensed Paramedic or Registered Nurse, knowledgeable in medical terminology, excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to teach and provide training to adult learners, high level of customer service orientation, proficient in ambulance patient care field documentation, strong problem-solving skills, excellent administrative skills, strong project management, time management, and leadership skills, ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, ability to mentor and supervise staff, solid verbal and written communications skills, ability to work independently on a broad variety of projects, punctual and able to meet deadlines, proficient with all Microsoft Office software packages, minimum of four years experience in emergency medical services training, must become certified at the instructor level for CEVO and/or EVOC within one year of date of hire, must become certified at the instructor level for EMT, CPR, First Aid, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, BTLS within one year of date of hire. Associates degree in emergency medical services preferred. Must be a Paramedic Instructor Coordinator or higher within one year of hire. Physical Requirements
All EMT requirements, ability to reach, push and pull, ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, ability to complete all job duties during any and all hours of the day and night, ability to view graphic and text data on multiple computer screens for long periods of time.
