Summary: We're seeking an HR Generalist with a strong background in recruiting to lead our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you'll at least 50% of the time sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to help build high-performing teams in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys full-cycle recruiting while also supporting broader HR functions. Primary Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems, and candidate communications. Represent the company at career fairs and networking events. Maintain metrics and reporting related to recruiting activity and outcomes. Secondary Responsibilities: Support employee relations, onboarding, and HR compliance as needed. Assist with HR related activities such as employee events, employee relations, training/onboarding coordination, and performance management. Qualifications: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting (2+ years preferred). Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $70600 to $90000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
