Irving, TX (5 days Onsite a week) Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using Next.js and React. Utilize GraphQL to design and implement efficient, flexible, and scalable data-fetching mechanisms, ensuring seamless integration between the front-end and back-end. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and product managers, to create user-centric, high-performance web experiences. Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR) with Next.js to enhance application performance and SEO. Ensure the optimal performance of web applications by identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks. Write reusable, maintainable, and scalable code while following best practices for front-end development and GraphQL architecture. Take ownership of major features and projects from conception through deployment. Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and mentorship to junior developers to help grow their skills. Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in the React and Next.js ecosystems, GraphQL, and front-end web development. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and improve application reliability. Create and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure the stability and quality of your code. Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with 2+ years focused on Next.js and React. Extensive experience with GraphQL for building flexible, optimized APIs for data fetching (knowledge of Apollo Client, Apollo Server, or Relay preferred). Expertise in Next.js features, including SSR, SSG, ISR, and routing. Solid experience in state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, Recoil). Familiarity with CSS-in-JS, SCSS, or modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS). Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating external services into web applications. Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). Understanding of version control systems, especially Git or Bit bucket Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Seniority level
