with us. Duties and Responsibilities Are you passionate about a career in engineering? The Manufacturing Development Program (MDP) consists of three one-year rotations that provide a wide variety of work assignments in medical manufacturing and technology. MDP engineers gain cross-functional exposure to process engineering, manufacturing support, lean manufacturing, project management, quality and design. Each year, MDP engineers relocate to a new U.S. location, allowing for diverse experience with new products, processes, and people. Relocation support is provided to those who qualify. Previous rotations include San Diego, CA; Canaan, CT; Columbus, NE; Franklin Lakes, NJ; Sandy, UT; Covington, GA; Sumter, SC. Required Qualifications New engineering graduates with a B.S. or M.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomechanical, Chemical or equivalent engineering degree Graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 Strong desire for a career in manufacturing Willing and able to relocate three times in three years Legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction as to duration Preferred Qualifications Exposure to working with a cross-functional team (Capstone Projects) Prior internship/co-op in engineering Proven leadership skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments Passion for philanthropic outreach/community relations To learn more about BDs Manufacturing Development Program (MDP), visit the BD YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=LIciUEU71AI.
