Charge Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Development Analyst to play a key role in strengthening the companys ability to identify, evaluate, and execute merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities. This role is designed to enhance our strategic decision-making by providing deep financial, industry, and competitive analyses that support growth initiatives. By bringing structure, insight, and data-driven recommendations, this position will ensure Charge is well positioned to capitalize on opportunities that align with our long-term vision and create lasting value. The Corporate Development Analyst will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and partner with leadership to source and assess potential targets, conduct rigorous due diligence, build financial models, and develop presentations that inform investment decisions. Responsibilities

Support the evaluation, execution, and integration of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments. Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research to identify potential targets and assess competitive landscapes. Assist in preparing financial models, valuation analyses, and scenario planning to support deal decision-making. Compile and analyze due diligence materials, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors. Help draft investment memos, board presentations, and other materials for executive review. Track pipeline opportunities and maintain target lists in CRM or deal-tracking systems. Monitor post-acquisition performance and integration milestones, providing analytical support to ensure value capture. Manage the build of dashboards and reports to track KPIs, financial performance, and operational efficiency. Perform ad hoc analyses to support decision-making on growth initiatives, pricing, or market entry. Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. Research market trends, competitor benchmarks, and industry best practices to inform corporate strategy. Requirements

Bachelors degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with expert-level proficiency in Excel (complex modeling, scenario analysis, automation), PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with financial statements, valuation techniques, and M&A processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
