Administer and manage Optum Connections to ensure seamless operational performance Design, implement, and maintain secure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions Lead vulnerability remediation efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate system vulnerabilities Develop and test robust Disaster Recovery plans to ensure business continuity Ensure systems and processes adhere to PCI Compliance standards and best practices Act as a leader and mentor for the DevOps team, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development Drive team performance by setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback Lead initiatives to improve workflows, optimize processes, and enhance team productivity Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation Serve as the point of contact for cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables Fully automated infrastructure as code and ephemeral environments Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role, with a focus on infrastructure, automation, and security 3+ years of experience with securing cloud environments and managing compliance frameworks, Azure or AWS 3+ years of experience with Terraform 1+ years of familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools and remediation processes 1+ years of experience with GitHub Actions, Bash shell scripting and Docker Preferred Qualifications

Experience with additional cloud platforms or tools PCI experience Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools Familiarity with Optum-specific tools and systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and drive alignment on goals *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
