Senior Programmer position at Johnson & Johnson (Employer: Biosense Webster, Inc.). Location: Irvine, CA. Job Type: Full-Time. Rate of Pay: $116,000 - $136,000 annually. Responsibilities
Develop and generate SAS analysis datasets, tables, listings, and graphs from assigned clinical sources. Provide statistical programming support to medical devices studies. Lead the development and maintenance of associated operating procedures. Participate in external industry forums (e.g., CDISC, SCDM, and User Groups). Utilize programming standards to develop efficient and accurate programs. Support the maintenance of established SAS platform and a global SAS macro library. Collaborate with Data Management leadership to provide input on reporting processes and standards. Support programming deliverables for clinical trials and for any custom Data Management reports. Review protocols, case report forms (CRFs), statistical analysis plans (SAPs) and TLFs shells for clinical studies. Participate in the development and maintenance of global harmonized processes and procedures for programming. Provide quality programming deliverables and work with BSDM partners and leadership in Clinical Operations and Franchise to implement plans for timely delivery of reports, metrics, and study deliverables. Facilitate the delivery of standard metric reports and design, implement, and maintain the SAS programming algorithm for the clinical study database and data analysis. Contribute to development and quality control of clinical and statistical programming deliverables. May telecommute. Requirements
Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Programmer-related occupation.
