As a Security Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Cybersecurity & Technology Controls, you are an integral part of a team that develops high-quality cybersecurity solutions for various software applications and platform products. You will be responsible for designing and reviewing secure cloud infrastructure architectures for enterprise AI/ML applications. We are looking for a cloud security leader who is passionate about AI/ML security and can identify security concerns through innovation and industry practices. You will apply your cloud security knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning development lifecycle, and partner continuously with product stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. Job responsibilities Perform deployment, configuration, testing, and integration tasks as per defined engineering stories, and support product operations. Perform thorough security assessments of AI systems to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for mitigating identified risks. Develop and implement new Cloud Security Strategies, championing a DevOps security model to ensure automated and elastic security across all platforms. Support secure Cloud adoption by working hands-on with development teams to foster a Cloud-first mindset in transitioning workloads. Understand Line of Business (LOB) technology drivers and their impact on architecture design, performance, monitoring, best practices, and JPMorgan Chase policies. Ensure all engineering activities conform to JPMorgan Chase policies and objectives. Prepare detailed reports on security assessment findings, including recommendations for improvements. Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing procedures and outcomes for future reference and audits. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Formal training or certification on software engineering/architecture concepts and 3+ years applied experience Hands-on practical experience delivering enterprise level cybersecurity solutions and controls Knowledge in architecting, designing, and integrating security solutions in a large-scale enterprise of highly distributed applications Proficient in coding with Python and experienced in designing and deploying solutions using Terraform. Experience creating and handling CI/CD pipelines, application resiliency, and security. Experience with Cloud Computing and services like AWS, Azure, GCP Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Security concepts, threats, and vulnerabilities including Generative Large Language Models Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills AWS services Certification Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST 800-53, OWASP, CVSS, the MITRE ATT&CK framework, MITRE Atlas, PCI, and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
