Logistics Analyst

Job Description Day to Day: Insight Global is searching for a Logistics Analyst to join a large manufacturing company in Oklahoma City. In this role you will be responsible for the full coordination of Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), Truckload (TL), and international shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery aligned with customer and business needs. Additionally, you will manage the freight claims process from start to resolution, including documentation, submission, tracking, and root cause analysis to improve shipping performance and cost efficiency. The position also involves monitoring carrier performance, analyzing logistics data, and recommending process improvements. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include experience with freight claims, carrier negotiations, Incoterms, and logistics reporting tools. Compensation: $24/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
