Secondary Marketing Servicing Analyst

Responsible for servicing/sub-servicing oversight, servicing transfers, investor reporting, GL reconciliations, LSBO oversight (delinquency and payment remittance). Team player with ability to take direction from all levels of Bank management, as well as drive key initiatives and department strategy independently; to assist in tracking our internal/external KPIs/KRIs as set forth by the business/company. Monthly/Quarterly sub-servicer oversight (MERS/Escrow/Remittance Reporting) Primary contact for servicing transfers to new purchaser/servicer, includes investor remittance reporting. Monthly GL reconciliations and resolution of reconciling items. LSBO Remittance reconciliation and payment posting. Involved in working with 2nd LOD partners for any all-communication needs, reporting, and strategy metrics. Paid in full collateral requests. Back-up individuals within the LOB to perform necessary job functions and create procedures for variety of team members and Bank partners. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 5-10 years broad based residential mortgage origination, servicing, operations and underwriting competencies. Including but not limited to capital markets experience with investors/counterparties and business partners. Capital Markets, Secondary Marketing, Origination, Servicing, Product Guidelines and knowledge of secondary marketing investors/liquidity measures in a Loans Held for Sale/Investment multi best execution platform. Additional Qualifications: Residential Mortgage within an OCC/FDIC/Federal Reserve/CFPB US Bank. Investor Delivery/Fulfillment Contract Finance LSBO Investor Reporting Secondary Marketing/Capital Markets Compensation: Starting base salary: $0 - $0 per hour.
