X Technologies is seeking an OCO Cyber Instructor/Developer to support cyber-related knowledge and qualifications. This includes expertise in command line interface across various operating systems, host/network analysis, forensic analysis, scripting languages, terrain mapping, network fundamentals, and familiarity with cyberspace defense actions and missions supporting USCYBERCOM and the 39th Information Operations Squadron (39 IOS) from Joint Base San Antonio, TX. What You'll Be Doing
Supporting course planning and development, including formal training courses, lessons, and related courseware, ensuring alignment with Master Training Task List (MTTL) and Training Task List (TTL) requirements. Auditing and editing all developed courseware for accuracy, completeness, flow, and clarity, following SOPs, Instructions, and Directives. Providing documentation for training system design, development, revision, and administration. Utilizing models like ADDIE, Bloom's taxonomy, and SAMR for course development. Developing Training Systems Requirements Analysis, including Mission/Task Analysis, Training Requirements Analysis, Objective Media Analysis, and Training Systems Basis Analysis. Providing instructional strategies, media analysis, and curriculum mapping. Analyzing tasks for training requirements, ensuring they meet Bloom's taxonomy levels. Collaborating with colleges, universities, industry, and government agencies to incorporate new information into courses. Reviewing guidance and technical documents for effective training delivery. Assessing training needs through surveys, interviews, feedback, and site visits, and recommending curriculum improvements. Working with SMEs to integrate new material into courseware. Developing and updating training programs and curricula using ADDIE and Spiral Development Cycle. Auditing course material for quality and currency. Managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle and Question Mark for test administration and analysis. Creating and reviewing courseware, including lesson plans, instructor notes, test questions, and student materials. Designing e-learning products, virtual environments, and supporting records management. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of cyber-related experience. 58 years of expeditionary/tactical communications experience or equivalent. IAT/M Level III certification. 200+ instructor podium hours or CCAF ISD Certification. Ability to travel domestically and internationally; must have or obtain a current passport within 60 days. Clearance: Top Secret/SCI. Additional Details
