A Japanese IT company is seeking a skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with RPA tools like Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism and a strong understanding of process automation and scripting. Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation. Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation. Maintain and troubleshoot RPA solutions to ensure stability and performance. Document automation workflows and provide training to users when necessary. Ensure RPA solutions adhere to security and compliance standards. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology. Qualifications
Experience with Power Automate Desktop RPA tool is ideal, but other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) are a plus. Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java, VBA). Knowledge of process analysis and optimization techniques. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
